What is a Thriver?

At our core, we believe in the power of transformation and the extraordinary potential within each individual to overcome chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and related conditions. One of the most inspiring concepts we embrace is that of a “Thriver.” But what exactly does it mean to be a Thriver?

Defining a Thriver

A Thriver is not just someone who survives through challenging times; they rise above them and grow stronger. Being a Thriver encompasses a mindset and an identity that goes beyond mere survival.
